The Indianapolis Colts host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday, but they'll be without a key special teamer as the team has ruled linebacker Segun Olubi out with a hip injury.
Olubi wasn't able to make it onto the practice field this week as he nurses his injury but was given a "questionable" tag on Thursday before being downgraded on Friday.
In Olubi's absence, Cameron McGrone and Grant Stuard likely stand to take over any defensive role Olubi would've had as a backup linebacker, and perhaps his special teams role.
In 13 games (1 start) this season, Olubi has 15 tackles, 1 fumble recovery, 1 interception, and 1 pass breakup. In 299 special teams snaps, he has 3 stops, according to Pro Football Focus.
The Colts have also ruled out starting running back Jonathan Taylor (thumb) and right tackle Braden Smith (knee).
