The Houston Astros had some fun this week by making the case that New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge bears a striking resemblance to “Toy Story” villain Sid.
Astros mascot Orbit was up to his usual madcap antics during Wednesday’s game against the Bronx Bombers at Minute Maid Park when Yankees players were put on trial — a nod no doubt to Judge — and put to a “Guilty” or “Not Guilty” verdict. Brett Gardner, Didi Gregorius and Giancarlo Stanton were all subjected one way or another to playful mockery.

However, when it came time to run Judge through the ringer, Orbit and the Astros struck gold, as the case was made Judge is a Sid doppelganger.

Oof, the resemblance is remarkably uncanny.
The Astros may have gotten a good laugh with Orbit’s bit, but the Yankees can boast the last and hardest one. For the second consecutive game, New York blanked Houston by a score of 4-0 heading into the series’ final game on Thursday afternoon. The Astros won Monday’s series opener and will look to split the series, Orbit’s tomfoolery and skullduggery aside.
